Step One

Establishing with the client the scope and cost of the refurbishment work to ensure quantifiable value is added to the building.


Step Two

Having established the budget, detailed drawings are then produced for construction. These form the basis of the contract price and the building consent (if required).


Step Three

A methodology process for the works is agreed with the client/tenant establishing the work schedule and time frame.


Step Four

The works are project managed, constructed and finalised by Ready Mark’s staff (a project manager is allocated for each contract).


Step Five

The client and Ready Mark sign off the completed works and a code compliance certificate is obtained by Ready Mark for the works undertaken. Our clients are our partners in the project where we provide a lump sum fixed price on a design and build basis.
